Our recruitment process is designed to help us get to know each other. You'll have the opportunity to learn about Rio Tinto, while we learn more about your skills, experiences and potential. While the process may vary slightly by location, role and recruitment campaign, the guide below outlines what you can typically expect and how to prepare for each stage. We receive a high volume of applications each year, and the process typically takes around 4 months from the close of applications.
